What it does

The parts of life that need remembering, in one app.

Each piece works on its own and knows about the others — a routine shows up on Today, a receipt sits with its task, focus time lands in the overview.

  • Today, in the right order

One next step first, then what is timed, overdue or waiting. Plan my day turns leftovers and your calendar into a day that fits, and anything still open in the evening can move to tomorrow in one tap.

  • An Inbox you approve

Emails from people you choose and messages that mention them arrive as suggestions, each saying why it is there. Nothing becomes a task until you approve it; snooze or keep it as a note instead.

  • Focus that keeps the time

Start a countdown or a stopwatch on one task, pause when life interrupts, and let the phone go quiet. The time you actually spent stays with the task.

  • Routines that bend

Repeat daily, on weekdays, weekends or weekly. Pause a routine for a while, skip one day, or run a checklist step by step.

  • Money beside the rest

Accounts, spending, transfers and cards in any of 153 currencies. Import a bank statement, keep a photo of the receipt, and filter every transaction in one list.

  • Notes worth keeping

The context behind a decision, a gate code, an idea. Pin what matters and find it again with search.

  • An overview, not a score

What got done, where focus went and how your estimates compared, for any week or month. Tap a figure to see the records behind it.

  • On your home screen

Widgets show the next task and today’s timeline, with Done, Snooze and Focus right there, and a live timer while you work.

How it works

From “I should” to done, in three moves.

  1. 1

    Catch it

Type it, say a whole list out loud, or let a message you care about land in the Inbox. Dates and people are picked up as you go.

  2. 2

    Sort it

Give it a day, a place in a routine, or park it for later. Life Anchor suggests where to start from urgency, area and the time you have.

  3. 3

    Do it

Focus on one thing, tick it off from a widget, and let the week’s overview show you the pattern — without guilt attached.

Your data

Help that stays on your side.

Life Anchor suggests; you decide. It never quietly turns your inbox into work, and your records are yours to take anywhere.

  • You decide what becomes a task

Suggestions from email and messages wait for your approval. Turning off AI help means nothing is sent to an AI service.

  • Your calendar stays on your phone

Calendar events are read on the device to plan around them. They are never sent to Life Anchor.

  • Take everything with you

Export your whole account as a spreadsheet or a complete backup whenever you like.

  • Receipts stored encrypted

Receipt photos and documents are encrypted in storage, and deleting your account removes your data.

  • English, Türkçe, Deutsch

The Android app speaks all three, and money follows your region’s currency.

  • Phone, PC and web, one account

Use the Android app, the Windows app (in beta), the web workspace, or all three. Changes made offline are kept and sent when you are back.

Get Life Anchor

Start with the next small thing.

Install the Android app for reminders, widgets and focus on your phone, get the Windows app for your PC, or open the workspace in any browser. One account works everywhere.

The Android app is installed from this site, so your phone asks once to allow it. On Windows, Life Anchor is in the Microsoft Store as Life Anchor, or you can download the installer. See the install guides.
